What are credits?
Every action in Stase uses credits according to its cost, from chat, web search, image generation and file reading to background processes such as summarising memories or condensing very long sessions.
- A usage limit, not a balance. Credits are tied to a 30-day subscription period and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
- A daily limit of 20%. This spreads your usage across the period. Daily limits for credits, images and uploads reset every day at 00:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7).
- Remaining credits always visible. Daily and period credit meters are shown on the chat screen, and you are notified when usage reaches 80%. Images are generated only after you approve.
Subscription period rules
- Paying before the period ends: the new period starts when the current one ends.
- Paying again after credits run out: the new period starts immediately, and the remaining days of the old period lapse.
- Upgrading: the new period starts immediately at the full price, and your remaining credits carry over.
- Downgrading: takes effect from the next period.
- Paying twice: the second payment automatically becomes the next period.
Payment
- QRIS through DOKU: pay with any banking or e-wallet app that supports QRIS (Indonesia's national QR payment standard). Payments are made only on the stase.co website.
- No automatic billing. Renewal reminders are sent by email 3 days before and on the day the period ends.
- Digital invoices can be downloaded from the settings page.
Payments are final
Payments are final: amounts already paid cannot be refunded (no refunds), including when credits remain unused at the end of the period.
